What does "X creators in total" mean?
It is the total number of distinct creator channels or accounts you can monitor simultaneously on your Discord server (e.g. 10 creators = up to 10 YouTube channels, Twitch streams, X accounts, etc. tracked at the same time). All alerts, posts and live notifications are 100% unlimited 24/7 — SocialBeacon never caps notifications or charges for message volume.
Is SocialBeacon free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 creators per server with unlimited 24/7 alerts — one intensive account (X, Instagram or TikTok) plus two standard accounts (YouTube, Twitch, Kick or Reddit). Upgrade only when your community needs more capacity.
Does it work with private accounts?
No. SocialBeacon only monitors public creators: public channels, streams and post feeds. Private accounts are skipped by design, so your alerts always reflect content your community can actually open.
How fast are the alerts?
Creators are monitored around the clock. Alerts post as soon as new public content is detected — no manual checks, no missed premieres.
Can I choose where each alert appears?
Yes. Route every creator to its own Discord channel and decide which alerts should mention a role.
How do the platform limits work?
You can mix and match creators up to your plan’s total cap. Standard platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Reddit) allow up to 4, 10 or 24 channels each. Social platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok) allow up to 2, 5 or 12 accounts each to guarantee ultra-fast delivery.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Add the bot, run /alerts add and pick the creators. Everything can also be managed visually from the dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans bill monthly per server with no contracts. Downgrade or cancel from the dashboard in one click — you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, and your server falls back to the Free plan (3 creators) instead of losing access entirely.
