Is SocialBeacon free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 creators per server — one intensive account (X, Instagram or TikTok) plus two standard accounts (YouTube, Twitch, Kick or Reddit). Upgrade only when your community needs more capacity.
Does it work with private accounts?
No. SocialBeacon only monitors public creators: public channels, streams and post feeds. Private accounts are skipped by design, so your alerts always reflect content your community can actually open.
How fast are the alerts?
Creators are monitored around the clock. Alerts post as soon as new public content is detected — no manual checks, no missed premieres.
Can I choose where each alert appears?
Yes. Route every creator to its own Discord channel and decide which alerts should mention a role.
What is an "intensive" platform?
X, Instagram and TikTok rely on heavier public-feed checks, so they use intensive slots. YouTube, Twitch, Kick and Reddit use standard slots. Each plan lists how many of each you can run per server.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Add the bot, run /alerts add and pick the creators. Everything can also be managed visually from the dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans bill monthly per server with no contracts. Downgrade or cancel from the dashboard in one click — you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, and your server falls back to the Free plan (3 creators) instead of losing access entirely.
