Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We strictly collect minimal data necessary for functionality: Discord Server IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs (for mentions), user preferences, and the public social media handles/IDs configured by server administrators. These public handles/IDs are considered personal data under the GDPR and are processed solely for routing alerts. We do NOT read, store, or log personal message content within your server, nor do we permanently store the historical record of social media posts.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable international laws, our legal basis for processing this data is the fulfillment of the service contract (providing notifications) and legitimate interest in acting as a technical conduit.

We do not sell your data. Information is only processed internally to deliver alerts. We only share data when required by law enforcement or with strictly necessary service providers.

Any external content creator may request their social media handles/IDs be removed and blacklisted from our monitoring systems to stop further automated requests. To submit an Opt-Out request, please contact support.

You have the right to request the total erasure of your data. If you remove the bot from your server, we will purge associated configuration data. For manual deletion requests or privacy inquiries, contact support.
