By inviting and using SocialBeacon, you agree to these terms. Under applicable laws, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this service. If you do not agree or do not meet the age requirement, please remove the bot from your server.

SocialBeacon is strictly intended for community and non-commercial use. The bot must not be used, deployed, or integrated into commercial, paid-access, resale environments, or "VIP" Discord servers. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the service for any server violating this restriction.

SocialBeacon acts as an intermediary for public data. You must strictly comply with the Terms of Service of Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Meta (Instagram), X, and TikTok. We reserve the right to terminate service if the bot is used to violate third-party terms.

SocialBeacon operates strictly as an automated technical conduit. The bot automatically detects and transmits public content links upon the explicit configuration of the Discord server administrator. We do not curate, review, or control the requested content. The server administrator assumes full liability and responsibility for the data requested and the resulting content displayed within their server.

SocialBeacon does not host, own, or permanently store the creator content it previews. All intellectual property rights remain with the original content creators and their respective platforms. SocialBeacon assumes no liability for copyrighted material linked through the bot.

External content creators who do not wish to have their public accounts monitored or linked by SocialBeacon may exercise an explicit Opt-Out right. Upon request, we will blacklist the creator's handles/IDs across our infrastructure to prevent future tracking.

The service is provided "As-Is" and "As Available" with no Service Level Agreement (SLA). We do not guarantee 100% uptime or instant alerts. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers against any claims, fines, or damages arising from your misuse of the bot or the content you request.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by our operating entity.
